Send in your adult knitwear for personalisation with the SEND IN SERVICE.

Enjoy a customised garment that's uniquely yours. 

I do not accept any lined knits, they must be one layer thick only. If an item is received that I am unable to embroider, I will return it to you with a refund excluding postage. 

Once I receive the item it will be dispatched back to you within 4 weeks. Check your email once ordered as I will email you the address to send your knit too.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

This item is non refundable and non exchangeable, each garment is made to order and one of a kind.
However if you find any issue, feel free to contact me through Etsy message.

CARE
Hand washing is recommended & do not tumble dry.

These are hand stitched and customised to your liking, so that being said it takes time for me to stitch them.
