I know a lot of you have questions so to save me some time and enable me to make more of your gorgeous orders please check out these before contacting me. 

Christmas Knits

I am sold out of Christmas custom slots but there will be a Christmas readymade collection coming!

How do I order a custom design?

These are released in batches, ensure you follow my Instagram, or subscribe to my emails to be updated on the next release date. I do not take orders outside of my openings, the slots sell out in seconds so you need to set an alarm. The next opening will be in the new year 
Name knits I am always open for! 

What’s your turn around times?

Ready knitted name knits are embroidered and posted within 5-6 weeks (please message if you need by specific date). 
Knitted to order are up to 7 weeks; we try and do this quicker but they are literally hand knitted for you; so they do take time especially large sizes and bow/liberty knits. 

How much do custom crochet designs cost?

This is the trickiest question as they vary hugely in price! The deposit of £40 is taken off the final invoice, once the deposit is paid I will contact you to discuss your design or budget. I will then draw up a design for us to tweak. Character designs come at the highest end purely due to the time it takes me to recreate the characters. 

What sizes do you do?

We handknit up too 5-6 years as a general rule, I can recommend hand knitters who do larger but you would need to supply that for me to work on the reason being sizing becomes harder as they get larger! If you choose to do a send in this can be shop brought knit or a hand knit (if a hand knit it must have tight tension otherwise it will not hold the design). I will work on up to 10 years as standard, if you require larger you would need to discuss this before a slot opening.

Can I have any theme?

The world is your oyster but I do have a style, please bear this in mind. I will not do any Marvel/Disney due to copyright, if you’re unsure if I can do a design just pop me a message to confirm.

 

Do you ship to EU? 

Unfortunately not currently, most customers send to someone they know in the UK and get them to send on. I do ship to NI though! And most other countries.

Do you ship to the US? 

Due to the new customs taxes coming into effect; and Shopify not updating their policies in time. 
I am unable to add 10% custom tax onto an order directly through Shopify. 
All US customers will receive an invoice for 10% of the purchase price, this then allows me to pay the import tax when I ship the item allowing it to process quickly through customs and with nothing additional for you to pay.
